The most important landmark in Torrox Costa is its long beach promenade. It runs along the entire length of the beach and offers everything a seaside promenade should: a small supermarket, souvenir shops, ice cream parlours and restaurants of every kind.
On warm summer evenings, numerous market stalls and street performers also invite you to stroll along.
During the day, sun-seeking holidaymakers get their money’s worth on the clean sandy beach, up to 40 metres wide. Here you can rent one of the many sun loungers for a small fee.
To the east of Torrox lies a lighthouse and a viewing platform, offering a beautiful view over the entire coastline around the town.
For a more active holiday, the mountains north of Torrox Costa are ideal for hiking. Here you’ll find not only breathtaking views of the coast, but also lemon and orange trees as well as olive groves.
